Admissions

Joining GCS starts with a conversation, not a form.

The admissions process is designed to understand the child, guide the family, and place every learner where they can grow well.

The Story

A clear process helps families make a confident decision.

We welcome families to visit the school, meet the admissions team, understand the program options, and discuss the learner's current academic and social needs. The goal is to create clarity before enrollment.

Placement assessments are used to understand readiness, not to intimidate students. They help teachers recommend the right grade level, support plan, and transition path.

Campus visit

Families can tour classrooms, activity spaces, labs, and common areas while discussing daily routines and expectations.

Student assessment

Age-appropriate tasks help us understand literacy, numeracy, confidence, subject readiness, and learning habits.

Enrollment guidance

The admissions office explains documents, fees, uniforms, books, transport options, and the first-week transition.

Journey

How the experience unfolds

Step 01

Inquiry and counseling

Parents share the child's background and expectations while the school explains programs, seats, requirements, and fit.

Step 02

Application and documents

Families submit the application with birth certificate, photographs, guardian identification, and previous school records where applicable.

Step 03

Assessment and interview

The student completes a placement assessment and joins a short interaction with the admissions or academic team.

Step 04

Offer and orientation

Accepted students complete enrollment and receive orientation on class routines, materials, communication, and expectations.
